At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is free of any signs of wear.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
